EcotoQ membership gives you access to :

You can apply for EcotoQ membership if :
- You lead projects in the field of ecotoxicology
- You accept and support the group’s mission and objectives.
REGULAR RESEARCH MEMBER
Quebec university or college faculty member. Only regular research members can receive financial support from EcotoQ for their research projects and to support their students, research professionals and collaborators.
To become a regular researcher member, simply send us an e-mail by email a brief, up-to-date CV, including a list of relevant projects and publications, and a short letter of intent containing the following information:
- Description of your research
- How do they fit in with EcotoQ research areas
- How do you plan to get involved in EcotoQ’s development
COLLABORATING RESEARCH MEMBER
- Retired researcher : Retired faculty member at a Quebec university or college
- Researcher outside Quebec : Outside Québec university faculty member
- Quebec professor : Quebec university or college faculty member qualifying as a regular member who wishes to participate in EcotoQ activities, but who renounces, for his or her team and for himself or herself, access to EcotoQ funds.
- Canadian or foreign government researcher (municipal, provincial or federal)
- Private-sector researcher
The status of collaborating member gives you easier access to EcotoQ funds when you carry out projects in collaboration with one of the group’s regular researchers.
To become a collaborating member, simply send us the following information by e-mail specifying the regular member with whom you collaborate :
- A photo
- 4 to 10 keywords summarizing your expertise (relevant to EcotoQ)
- A link to a web page of your choice (corporate page, LinkedIn page, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL RESEARCH MEMBER
Any research professional of a regular member, including postdoctoral researchers, employed by a regular member and whose professional activities include themes described in EcotoQ’s Scientific Mission.
To become a Research Professional member, you must :
- Check whether your research supervisor or co-supervisor is a regular member of EcotoQ
- Then fill in the online application form
STUDENT MEMBER
Anyone enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd cycle program of study, and anyone on an internship supervised or co-supervised by a regular member and involved in activities related to EcotoQ’s mission. Students of collaborating members who conduct research projects relevant to EcotoQ’s mission may be student members, but are not eligible for EcotoQ’s scholarship and financial support programs.
To become a student member, you must :
- Check whether your supervisor or co-supervisor is a regular member of EcotoQ
- Then fill in the online application form
